How to Download Voter List (By State Wise)
- First of all you have to visit the official website of Voter Id which is voters.eci.gov.in
- Now you have to click on “Search Your Name in Last SIR” in service section.

- After that select your state name and click on view button.

- Now select your District & AC (assembly constituency) then click on “Show” button

- After this, you have to click on the “Download” option in front of the Polling Station Name where you used to cast your vote.

- After this a page will open in front of you, in which you have to enter the captcha code and click on the “Submit” button.

- Now, as soon as you click on the submit option, the 2003 Sir Voter List for your area will open.

- You can download this list in PDF format by clicking on the download option.
- Open the PDF in Adobe Reader. Print if needed for BLO submission.
How to Apply for New Voter ID Card?
- First of all you have to visit the official website.
- If you are visiting the voter website for the first time, you will need to sign up.
- To sign up, click on the “Sign Up” option.

- On the page that opens, enter your mobile number and email address, then enter the captcha code and click on the “Continue” option.

- After signing up, you will receive your login ID and password. You will need to log in to the portal using this login ID and password. To log in, click on the “Login” option.

- When you click on the login button, a page will open where you need to enter your mobile number and the captcha code and click on “Request OTP” button.

- An OTP (One-Time Password) will then be sent to your mobile number. You need to enter this OTP and verify it.
- After login, select “FIll Form 6A” under the New Voter Registration (NRI) section.
Fill your basic details:
- Enter your full name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email (optional).
- Choose your state, district, assembly constituency, and polling area (you can search by pin code or address).

Upload Required things:
- Your recent passport-size photo (clear, white background).
- Proof of age (like Class 10 marksheet, birth certificate, or Aadhaar).
- Proof of address
- Submit the form and after that you will get a reference number (keep it safe to track status)

- Finally, after filling out the entire form, you need to enter the captcha code and then click on the submit button. As soon as you click the submit button, your new voter ID form will be submitted online.

- After this, you will receive a reference number. You should keep this reference number safe, as you can use it to check your voter ID status online.

- Booth Level Officer (BLO) will visit your home to verify (usually in 15–30 days).
- If everything is okay, your Voter ID will be ready
